Who we are
Noir Luxury Limo is a luxury ground transportation service operated by Mohammed, serving Chicago and Itasca, Illinois. This site is noirluxurylimo.com. Questions about this notice go to reservations@noirluxurylimo.com.
What we collect
If you use the quote form or write us, we receive the information you send: name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger count, vehicle preference, and any notes. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website.
How we use it
We use that information to quote the trip, confirm the reservation, run the trip itself, and follow up about that same request. We do not sell contact lists or trip details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Hosting and email
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare can log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to serve the site and keep it secure. Reservation email is handled through Google Workspace at reservations@noirluxurylimo.com. We do not run advertising pixels or a marketing analytics suite on this site.
Retention
We keep reservation correspondence as long as we need it to complete the trip, handle a follow-up, or meet ordinary business and tax records. If you want us to delete a quote that was never booked, email reservations@noirluxurylimo.com from the address you used and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can request a copy of what we have about a trip, or ask us to correct it, by writing reservations@noirluxurylimo.com. Do not send driver’s license scans or other identity documents unless we specifically ask for them for a booked trip.
