The service
Noir Luxury Limo provides private ground transportation in Chicago and Itasca, Illinois and nearby points we accept in writing.Mohammed operates the company. These terms cover quote requests and confirmed trips arranged through noirluxurylimo.com or reservations@noirluxurylimo.com.
A quote is not a reservation
Submitting the form or sending an email is a request. A request becomes a reservation only after Mohammed replies with a quote and you accept it. We may decline a trip we cannot cover.
Vehicles
You book sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, sprinter vans, and coaches through Noir Luxury Limo, and your confirmation email states the vehicle class reserved for your trip. We do not guarantee a specific make, model, or color unless it is written in that confirmation. If the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable, we may substitute one of equal or greater capacity and will tell you before the trip.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate passenger counts, luggage notes, pickup instructions, and flight numbers when they matter. You are responsible for passengers being ready at the agreed time and for any damage they cause to a vehicle. Child seats must be requested in the quote if you need us to provide them; availability is not guaranteed.
Changes and cancellations
Change or cancel by emailing reservations@noirluxurylimo.com. Timing rules and any fees are stated in your confirmation, because they differ by vehicle class and trip length. If we have to cancel — weather, a mechanical issue, or a vehicle we cannot put in service — we will refund amounts already paid for that trip or offer another vehicle if you want it.
Payment
Payment method, deposit, and due date are set in the confirmation email. This website does not collect card numbers. Do not send payment details to a different address than reservations@noirluxurylimo.com.
Liability
We are not responsible for missed flights, events, or connections caused by traffic, weather, airport delays, or information you gave us that was incomplete. Vehicles are operated under the operating authority and insurance applicable to the service, and your confirmation email governs the details of the booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
